Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya is the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited and a Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V., and previously served as CFO for Unilever Ice Cream. He brings nearly four decades of global leadership experience across finance and operations, including 38 years with Koninklijke Philips N.V. During his tenure at Philips, he held several senior leadership roles, including CFO and Member of the Board of Management and Executive Committee, CFO of Philips Healthcare, CFO of Philips Lighting, and Head of Investor Relations. He has deep expertise in strategic transformation, including complex carve-outs and spin-offs across global markets. He is a member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.

He has previously worked with the Unilever group across India and Europe, and served as Executive Vice President – Emerging Business Unit at Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, where he was part of the executive leadership team. He has led large-scale category transformations in Eastern Europe and driven business pivots at Jubilant FoodWorks. Mr. Goel holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (Hons.) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, and an MBA from Infinity Business School, Gurugram.

Mr. Prashant Premrajka is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited. With over 22 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, he has held leadership roles across finance, supply chain, and customer development. Prior to this, he served as Vice President at Hindustan Unilever Limited and as Chief Financial Officer at Kimberly Clark Lever India, a joint venture of HUL. His expertise spans supply chain, customer development, marketing finance, FP&A, and management accounting. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and a master’s degree in general management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Tahir Toloy Tanridagli

Mr. Tahir Toloy Tanridagli is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited. He is the President for South Asia (India and Pakistan), Greater Africa, Turkey, and the Middle East (SAMET), with overall responsibility for Profit & Loss and as a member of the Global Ice Cream Executive Leadership Team.With over 20 years of experience in the snacking industry, he has extensive expertise across food, desserts, beverages, salted snacks, chocolate, and ice cream categories. He has held leadership roles at Mondelez International and Unilever across multiple geographies. His previous roles include General Manager – Ice Cream (Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and Russia) and Vice President – Marketing for Foods & Refreshment across emerging markets. Mr. Tanridagli holds a degree in Business Administration from Bogazici University and has completed his primary and high school education in Germany and Turkey
