16-05-2026: The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 20th May, 2026.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 20th May, 2026 inter-alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended 31st March, 2026 (from 10th January, 2025 to 31st March, 2026).
The Company shall intimate the Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
