Update Your KYC and Nomination Details
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) through various circulars mandates all shareholders holding shares in physical form to update their PAN, KYC, and Nomination details.
To safeguard your interests and ensure seamless service, please submit the required details to our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), M/s KFin Technologies Limited.
Important Consequences of Non-Compliance
If your physical folio lacks any of the required KYC details, please note:
1. Frozen Payments: Dividend, interest, or redemption payments will only be made electronically with effect from April 01, 2024.
2. Investor Service Restriction: The Company/RTA cannot process any service requests or complaints until KYC details are updated.
3. Verification Checks: The Company/RTA may conduct due diligence, including physical address verification or phone calls, before updating records.
Required Information for Physical Folios
Ensure your folio has the following updated details:
1. PAN (Must be linked/seeded with Aadhaar)
2. Choice of Nomination (Declaration or opt-out)
3. Contact Details (Postal address with PIN code)
4. Mobile Number and Email ID
5. Bank Account Details (For electronic credit of dividends)
6. Specimen Signature
Investor Service Request Forms:
Ø ISR-1 - Form for registering PAN/KYC details or changes/ updation thereof
Ø ISR-2 - Confirmation of Signature of securities holder by the Banker
Ø ISR-3 - Declaration Form for Opting-out of Nomination
Ø ISR-4 - Request for issue of Duplicate Certificate and other Service Requests
Ø ISR-5 - Request for Transmission of Securities by Nominee(s) or Legal heir(s)
